DisplayWise Customer Satisfaction Survey – 

CHANCE TO WIN A $250 WESTFIELD GIFT CARD

  1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these conditions. Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.
  2. The Promoter is DisplayWise (“Promoter”).
  3. The Promotion will be open from 9am Australian Eastern Standard Time (“AEST”) on Tuesday 9th May 2023 and will continue until 5:00 pm AEST on Friday 19th May 2023 (“Promotion Period”).
  4. Entry is open to all survey recipients who are DisplayWise customers in Australia aged 18 years and over.
  5. To enter the competition participants need to complete the full survey and provide their contact details upon completion of the survey in order to be eligible for the prize draw.
  6. There will be one (1) winner selected at random.
  7. The prize is as follows: 1x $250 Westfield gift card.
  8. A random prize draw will occur on Monday 22nd May 2023. Location of the draw is 130 – 140 Parraweena Road, Miranda, NSW, 2228.
  9. The judges’ decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
  10. The winner will be notified via email contact provided.
  11. To claim the prize, the winner must reply to the winner notification and accept the prize within 14 days. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, they will forfeit the prize. The onus is on the winner to use the gift card on or before the specified expiry date on the card. After this period the gift card becomes void and cannot be used.
  12. DisplayWise reserve the rights to choose to publish the winners on the DisplayWise website, in our newsletter and on all social channels.
  13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any communication network or for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
  14. The Promoter, its associated agencies and companies and the agencies and companies associated with this Promotion will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
  15. DisplayWise reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. 
  16. Prizes are not transferable.
  17. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
