9-12months out

Start the internal planning process with your stakeholders and prepare your stand brief outline.

 

6-9months out

Once you’ve determined your “must have” and “nice to have” priorities, get in touch with our team to discuss your brief and we can start the custom design process with you. Don’t worry if it’s a full brief or not, we’re dedicated to sharing our expertise and imaginative solutions with you for a successful outcome. 

 

1-6months out

Even if you’re in the later stages of planning, we’re here to assist! While good design takes time, we can still work with you to ensure a successful outcome for your custom display whether it be a custom design or from our Premium Hire range.

Step 1: Understanding Your Objectives

We begin with a briefing process to determine your stand objectives, brand essence and budget. We can quickly determine if you require our custom design services or alternatively if a Premium Hire design from our in-house range would be best suited to your needs.

 

Step 2: Developing Your Design

Our skilled industrial designers will work closely with you to conceptualise a bespoke display design aligned with your brief. You receive a full colour renders and a detailed quote with all your inclusions.

 

Step 3: Fabricating Your Solution

Upon design approval, our Producers and Project Management team will oversee production to ensure timely delivery against set milestones. We also offer a ‘Test Assemble’ service for you to view the display ahead of dispatch and installation.

 

Step 4: Managing Your Delivery

Our installations team will handle the build, ensuring safe and show-ready installation. We will have a dedicated hand-over session with you and your team once completed to ensure that you have a full understanding of your display and everything is in working order.

 

Step 5: Providing Your Support

After installation, your Account Manager will conduct a debriefing session with you and your disposal or post storage solutions for future use of your display.

The cost of a custom exhibition stand can vary depending on several factors, including the size, design complexity, materials used and additional features. To ensure you receive the best rates and value for your stand, provide us with as much time as possible before the event date to collaborate on the design with you, source materials, fabricate your solution and arrange logistics. Time is a cruical factor in the custom design process which allows us to optimise efficiencies and negotiate favourable terms, ultimately delivering a cost-effective solution tailored to your needs.

Yes. We can store your custom display in either our Sydney or Melbourne production facilities. We consider your holistic exhibition strategy at the start of the briefing process and discuss the options with you for disposal or long-term storage solutions based on your requirements.  

Yes. During the briefing process, we will discuss what is achievable within your budget parameters. If we determine that a custom design is outside your budget then we can also offer a solution from our exhibition Premium Hire range which is not only visually appealing but also affordable price points.

The timeline can vary depending on the complexity of the design and size of the stand. We will provide you with a clear timeline with set milestone dates during the consultation phase including design approval, production and installation. We even offer a Test Assemble Service for your to view your display prior to dispatch and installation.

To ensure we have developed a solution that meets the demands of your bespoke requirements, DisplayWise offer a full test assemble service for all display builds. This extension of service provides you with the opportunity to see the display fully assembled prior to it being installed and/or delivered to site.

 

The process allows you complete visibility of the project to ensure any modifications can be identified ahead of time, resulting in both a better and faster installation process. We welcome you to invite your staff along to the test assemble for training and briefing benefits ahead of the show too.

Yes, if you want your custom display to include elements of modularity we can design with reuse and repurpose in mind. We’ll discuss this with you during the briefing phase and develop a design for easy adaptation to different spaces and configurations. Alternatively, you can select from our Premium Hire range if you’re considering an exhibition stand.

Yes, we can definitely assist you, although it’s important to note that designs tailored for an overseas market may not always translate seamlessly to the Australian market. We will work with you to make nuanced adjustments to ensure your exhibition stand or activation resonates effectively with the Australian audience and aligns with your specific objectives. While we can capture the essence of the original design, we’ll tailor it to suit the preferences, material availability, legalities and needs of the Australian market.

The delivery and labour are calculated by location and time frame of delivery and collection, size of order and type of product. We will provide you with a breakdown of charges in your quotation.
