THE CHALLENGE
Originally designed and built by Display Wise in 2024, this custom exhibition stand was purposefully created with sustainability and reusability at its core. The modular design allows for flexible reconfiguration, enabling the structure to be adapted for future events with minimal waste and maximum efficiency allowing for a sustainable stand design.
To date, the PetSafe stand has been successfully reused across three major events in Sydney and Melbourne. Strategic branding placement and modular components made it easy to incorporate display in 2025, maintaining consistent brand messaging and a cohesive visitor experience across venues.
The challenges involved with this unique show environment included:
• Manage logistics and complex setup and packdown
• Coordinate intricate builds within tight timelines.
• Add in TV console to show customers the new pet friendly products.
• Ensure product displays were clean and clear to see gear in action.

THE SOLUTION
Originally designed and built by Display Wise in 2024, this custom exhibition stand was purposefully created for PetSafe with sustainability and reusability at its core. The modular design allows for flexible reconfiguration, enabling the structure to be adapted for future events with minimal waste and maximum efficiency.
To date, the stand has been successfully reused across three major events in Sydney and Melbourne. Strategic branding placement and modular components made it easy to incorporate display in 2025, maintaining consistent brand messaging and a cohesive visitor experience across venues.
Key sustainable and functional features of the custom build included:
• Reconfiguration of existing elements to fit a 9x6m footprint, including the creation of custom classic counters designed to accommodate future add-ons.
• Custom timber dividers and pegboard displays, offering flexible shelving and hanging options for product presentation.
• Precision 3D laser-cut acrylic signage to elevate visual impact.
• Integrated AV setup with screen and tailored indoor branding graphics.
• Full electrical integration to ensure seamless event operation.
Working in close collaboration with Radio System and PetSafe, DisplayWise repurposed and refreshed existing materials to deliver two connected 9x6m spaces while maintaining the original framework 2025, maintaining consistent brand messaging and a cohesive visitor experience across venues.

Built on a 9x6m footprint, the exhibition stand was designed and constructed in partnership with DisplayWise to provide a reusable and immersive brand environment. Purposefully created for flexibility, the stand has now been successfully reconfigured and showcased at three separate events across Sydney and Melbourne. A great example of sustainable exhibition design in action.
This year’s stand delivered sustainability, impact, and functionality and met the evolving needs of the client by balancing high-end aesthetics with logistical efficiency.
This project is a testament to the power of thoughtful, sustainable design, proving that impactful exhibition experiences can be achieved without compromising on environmental responsibility.
