CHALLENGE
Valore Cellars approached DisplayWise to custom build a permanent ‘Oz Lotto’ retail serving counter in Penshurst, Sydney. Oz Lotto is a hero brand within Tabcorp, an Australian based world-class diversified gambling entertainment group. The team at Valore Cellars conceptualised a retail counter display design which needed to adhere to the Oz Lotto global brand guidelines and identity.
The client sought a custom-built counter design which could be integrated and fit seamlessly alongside their liquor stores already existing retail service counter. With extensive industrial design and manufacturing capabilities, DisplayWise were successful in our application to become a preferred supplier for Tabcorp Australia for retail display solutions and fit outs.

SOLUTION
Provided with the counter concept and desired layout along with Oz Lotto’s brand guidelines, and Valore Cellar’s requirements in creating a positive customer user experience, DisplayWise developed a detailed and high quality solution. The team from DisplayWise conducted a site inspection at Valore Cellars to measure the counter display area to ensure the exact measurements for the retail counter unit were recorded so that the Oz Lotto counter design would fit seamlessly into the display space. In response to Oz Lotto’s branding requirements presented in the design brief, DisplayWise custom built a black pearl serving counter to fit the lotto ticket dispenser (supplied to the client from Tabcorp), fitted with a custom branded lightbox and stainless-steel kick boards.
Alongside the serving counter area was a counter for customers to pre-fill their lottery forms. This area was separated by a clear acrylic divider and fitted with a black pearl countertop accompanied by a red pre-laminated gloss laminate wall and under storage cabinetry. DisplayWise manufactured a rainbow detailed lightbox feature inclusive of a NSW Lotteries sign printed directly onto the lightbox, finished with a black gloss laminate boarder.
RESULT
Delivered with quality finishes and a modern design, Tabcorp were exceptionally pleased with the quality of work and delivery of this project. DisplayWise met all Oz Lotto brand guidelines and created a visually appealing retail counter, with the aim of attracting customers and enhancing the shopper experience for those visiting Valore Cellars.
