HÄFELE & KESSEBÖHMER at Design Show
THE CHALLENGE
Häfele tasked DisplayWise with creating a welcoming, home-like environment that could serve as an immersive showcase for both Häfele and Kesseböhmer products at the Design Show Australia.
The challenge was to ensure that despite being divided by a central walkway, the two brands within the large footprint remained visually and experientially connected. Our purpose was to design the space to guide visitors throughout the branded environments and position the super-stand as must-visit destination to explore new products, meet the expert team, and experience Häfele’s latest innovations for “maximising the value of space.“
The overall design needed to reflect both brands’ commitment to quality and innovation, whilst simultaneously delivering an engaging, functional environment that encouraged hands-on interaction with Häfele and Kesseböhmer’s cutting-edge solutions.

THE SOLUTION
Drawing on our long-standing partnership with Häfele and their brand identity, DisplayWise crafted a vibrant, visually cohesive space that delivered a seamless experience across multiple areas of the custom stands. Showcasing the best in kitchen, laundry, pantry, and furniture solutions from these renowned German suppliers, the bespoke super-stand was designed to invite interaction and exploration throughout the Design Show space.
KEY DESIGN ELEMENTS
- Impressive archways positioned at each entrance, welcoming visitors into the space and subtly inter-connecting the brands.
- Large branded graphics overhead that drew attention from across the exhibition floor, ensuring the Häfele stand stood out as a premium destination.
- A fully operational kitchen and laundry demonstration area, where live product demos allowed visitors to see Häfele’s solutions in action.
- A luxurious, walk-in wardrobe with floor-to-ceiling glass panels, highlighting Häfele’s innovative storage and space-saving solutions.
- A custom-built, enclosed cube structure to showcase the brand’s Acoustic Doors range, offering visitors a hands-on experience of their soundproofing capabilities.
The exhibition stand was elevated further by the superior craftsmanship of DisplayWise’s joinery and rigging teams, who ensured that every element of the space from the largest structural installations to the smallest detail was executed to perfection. The combination of striking design and functional elements created an environment that facilitated product demonstrations and meaningful engagement with the expert Häfele and Kesseböhmer teams on the Design Show floor.
THE RESULT
The Häfele SUPER-STAND was a resounding success, drawing hundreds of visitors who engaged in product demonstrations, while many more tuned in to live, on-stand sessions and interviews conducted with the Häfele team. The space became a hub for interaction, not just with Häfele’s innovative products but also with their experts, who were on hand to provide insights into how these solutions could transform both residential and commercial spaces. For DisplayWise, bringing this ambitious vision to life was a testament to our commitment to delivering high-quality, custom exhibition solutions that not only meet but exceed client expectations.
