Established over 20 years ago, DisplayWise is an innovative, creative and rapidly growing company within the construction and events industry. We design and produce bespoke displays and custom joinery for a range of corporate clients in the retail, experiential and exhibition industry and this is a great opportunity to join our dynamic team in an established, fast past and highly successful creative company. 


As Operations Manager – Victoria, you are in direct control overseeing the business operations within the Project Management, Production, Logistics and Warehouse Departments in Victoria and reporting to the Head of Operations and Project Management. This involves the responsibility of ensuring that business operations are efficient in terms of costs & resources as budgeted, however still maintained as highly effective in terms of meeting customer requirements through deadlines & quality. 


Within this role you are required to have excellent communication skills with the key stakeholders to advise and assist in top line decisions required within the operations department and ensuring they are in keeping with the companies overall goals, strategic direction and quality standards.

Responsibilities and Tasks
  • Manage and lead the Victorian Operations team to achieve company goals whilst ensuring they are performing and engaged to provide an exceptional level of service and workmanship.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations to ensure safe work practices, quality standards, efficiency and productivity KPI’s are met.
  • Monitor and analyse Project Management, Production, Logistics and Warehouse performance to identify areas for improvement and training
You would be well suited to this role if you:
  • Show proven experience in Operational Management within a manufacturing environment
  • Have strong organisational experience and knowledge within the construction and manufacturing industry
  • You value using systems and procedures accurately and would relish the opportunity to put your skills and experience to good use to achieve best possible productivity and efficiency
  • Hardworking and are motivated by a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed expectations for internal and external customers within the Construction and Events Industries.
