Exhibition Installation Supervisors – Custom Builds

Established over 20 years ago, DisplayWise is an innovative, creative and rapidly growing company within the construction industry. We design and produce bespoke displays and custom joinery to a range of corporate clients in the retail, experiential and exhibition industry and this is a great opportunity to join our dynamic team in an established, fast past and highly successful creative company.

Exceptional growth of the business means we are now looking for experienced Installation Supervisors who will be integral to the success of the business while working both on site and in the warehouse.

Responsibilities and Tasks
  • Overseeing and completing the installation and dismantling of projects both on site and in the Thomastown warehouse, ensuring you install on-time, adhere to the installation schedule and within the estimated cost budgets
  • Assisting the Production Foreman with completing pre-builds and test assembles in our Thomastown warehouse prior to installation and bump-in.
  • Ensure that WHS compliance prior to a project being installed and during installation are adhered to and recorded
  • Build sustainable and mutually beneficial relationships with both internal and external stakeholders across our business and in particular with labour hire and logistics service providers
To be successful, you will need to be:
  • Flexible with working hours and locations as weekends, public holidays and interstate travel are required from time to time
  • Be physically fit and active with a calm approach under pressure
  • Have a manual drivers licence – MR or HR licence would be advantageous
  • Show previous exhibition/shopfitting/installation experience
  • Be punctual, with a high attention to detail and have a great work ethic
  • Own hand tools
