The Doltone House Showcase was a visually striking event experience to launch the group as the newly appointed exclusive catering and event partner of the Sydney Event Centre at The Star.
As part of a joint collaboration with our sister company Creative Hire, The DisplayWise Group was thrilled to partner with Doltone House x Foundation Theatres to deliver the ultimate exploration of the senses and possibilities within the venue.
The DisplayWise Group brought together custom design expertise and system-based solutions to create a series of impactful display areas that showcased the possibilities for sponsors, exhibitors, and attendees alike in this amazing space.

This year’s Doltone House Showcase event design theme embraced light, innovation and a futuristic, colourful aesthetic. Together with Creative Hire, we interpreted this vision across every touchpoint of the event to create a sense of energy and momentum. The combination of sleek system-based solutions and bespoke custom builds ensured the theme was not only represented visually but experienced in the way attendees engaged with each space.
For this event, we designed and delivered 7 unique display areas, each providing a versatile and elevated space for interaction:
Selfie Tunnel
Our Selfie Tunnel was a show-stopper at the Doltone House Showcase event with its customisable RGB LEDs and neon signage through to the tactile crinkle wall and striking ombre floor graphic. This bespoke and interactive display drew guests in and created endless shareable moments. Learn more about the Selfie Tunnel.
Custom Branded Plinths
Our compact, versatile plinth displays were the perfect solution for branded food stations at the event, brought to life through the striking ombre palette of pink, blue and purple. Learn more about the Custom Plinths.
Elevated Demo Pod
A step up from the standard pod with flexible layouts for single or double setups, our team integrated LED lighting and custom branded graphics, with lockable storage and space for digital content display. Learn more about the Elevated Demo Pod.
Standard Demo Pod
Designed to assist guest flow, our Standard Demo Pods offered a polished solution for the arrival experience at the Doltone House Showcase. Through thoughtful design, these displays also demonstrated creative ways to deliver presentations, and create interactive experiences within a small footprint. Registration Check-In
Designed with flexibility in mind, the Registration Desk created a seamless entry experience that felt polished and set the tone for the elevated event showcase. Entry Archway Tunnel
The Entry Archway created a dynamic transition zone from the check-in space through to the main room immersive experience. With customisable RGB LEDs and oversized custom graphics, this design elevated the traditional event entrance that created both presence and personality. Learn more about the Entry Archway.
Platinum 6X3 Sponsor Booth
The Platinum Sponsor Booth was a multi-zone experience that showcased products, and reinforced the event theme of colour, movement and light. The modular system used on both this display and the Demo Pods, showcased how the booths could adapt seamlessly to different tiers or floorplan requirements while maintaining a consistent, polished event look. Elevated Shell Scheme
We raised the standard of exhibitor shell scheme spaces through thoughtful and memorable design for the Doltone House Showcase Welcome Hub.
